Verified Renter We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vantage Mosaic. The location is excellent for shopping, commuting and has numerous great restaurants in walking distance. The management is friendly and the building is well maintained. Maintenance requests are handled expeditiously and with courteous service. My wife and I highly recommend this apartment home!

Verified Renter Vantage Mosaic is hands down the best residential property at Mosaic. The care and concern of the management, maintenance and concierge teams speaks volumes. This is my home, not just a place I'm renting for a year. Vantage is home and they respect that.

Verified Renter Vantage has been the best apartment building I've lived in so far. They're great about incoming packages, always responsive, and make sure to get issues resolved quickly. During this time, they've been the exact same way making sure to clean the building more often and taking extra precautions with maintenance requests (masks, gloves, only essential requests). Even the residents that live here have made sure to social distance and stay safe, but always keep a positive attitude.

Verified Renter Vantage Mosaic is the perfect place to rent an apartment in the DMV area. Mosaic community has virtually everything one would need. If not within a 4 block radius then within a 10-15 minute walk you have it! Vantage is the premier property in this community. If you can afford it...there's no better place to call home. I'm retired and have lived here for almost 5 years.
