Mosaic Living! Vantage at Merrifield is in an amazing location in the Mosaic District! Leave your car safely parked in the resident garage, as Target is across the street along with shops, restaurants, and Angelika Film center all within two blocks. Vantage at Merrifield has quiet floors and hallways with an indoor walkway connecting the resident buildings over Strawberry lane. The best apartment The first time I enter at the building,I was impressed.I thought I want to live here all my Life. Luxury and comfort, describe my apartment.
Great location, decent apartment Currently these apartments are undergoing a renovation leaving the first floor a big construction site. Going to the mailboxes involves walking on a torn up floor and under insulation. The courtyard is also torn up and the jackhammering can be annoying. We've had some trouble with management being understanding of construction noises and it took weeks and reminders for maintenance to fix a couple things when we first moved in. Clean, comfortable, convenient I have lived at the Vantage at Merrifield for just over 6 months, and it has been a very pleasant experience. Apartment: I'm in a 1br apartment which is plenty spacious, with high-quality appliances/finishes. Very quiet inside (haven't heard neighbors' voices once through the walls), although living right above the street, there is some road noise - really only noticeable with the windows open. I have only had to submit 2 very minor maintenance issues, but they were taken care of very quickly. ... read more
