Went to Vans on Apple Ave and had an oil change. When I left, there was a HUGE leak from my oil pan. They put in a new drain plug and cracked my oil pan. I went back and they claimed they had not touched the drain plug (yeah, right). They put a "piggyback" on it to "temporarily fix it." That made it worse. I now I have to get a new oil pan. I've called and emailed to complain and nobody answered me. Just had my oil changed! Fast friendly service! My kids love when the guys at the car wash put smiley faces on their windows! It's the highlight of their day �

I've been to a few different Vans, but the North Muskegon one has impressed me the most. The woman who was in charge knew her job very well and took care of my truck quickly. Customer service was outstanding, I will be a returning customer for sure!
Didn't clean my jeep..left a lot of dirt..had to go too fast Eddie's and rehash the jeep..
