i loved & was loyal for years & will continue to get an oil change, but car wash is a total waste of time & money!
I used to love Van's on Apple. The kids who soak and wash the car beforehand are never friendly. One of the guys working knocked my mirror hard with his brush to see if my mirrors folded. Another guy just stood there while the other one sprayed half of my car. I've been yelled at in my car being told "Well let's go!" Very poor customer service and I will not be going back.
Highly recommend NOT using Vans Carwash for any vehicle needs. My wife has gotten her oil changed at Vans every single oil service since she has had the Jeep. Last time we went, her jeep started leaking oil, bad enough there was none on the dipstick when we checked after her trip home. There is less than 66k miles on her Jeep. Come to find out, the oil filter cover is plastic and the housing it threads onto is plastic. If over tightened, the housing will crack. $700 later Vans will not cover their problem. Always go to Van’s. The workers are always friendly and thorough. Good job every time. Convenient locations to get ‘er done. Love getting their coupon books for stocking stuffers.
