Manager of the Sherman Avenue, Dave, promised a return call yesterday. Never received, called at the end of the day again, still no response.
I just went to Vans on Sherman and Dan was extremely helpful. Im not very knowledgeable when it comes to cars or maintenance and he went above and beyond and checked more than just my oil for me. I appreciate his patience and kindness.
Was lied to about my service !!! I went in for oil change and lubrication for our service van. Specifically asked if they greased the fittings and was told definitely yes they found a total of 11 fittings. Drove out of the parking lot & got underneath the vehicle myself and checked and every one of them was dry as a bone. I went back and told them there is no way they grease the fittings, and I was not happy. They did grease them, but no reason to lie about a service you charge for !!!!

I got an oil change at the Fruitport location, they failed to tighten the filter thus causing all the oil to leak out.
Hire help that is competent had my oil changed there and they forgot to put oil in the motor I asked did you put oil in the engine, asked twice they keep telling me to start the engine, guess what no oil in it. Very impressed!!!! NOT!!!
