I have been getting my oil changed here for the last ten years. Last week they broke my oil pan and refuse to fix it properly. Basically told me "stuff happens sometimes. Sorry."

Went through carwash and it broke my factory antenna off and they didnt want to fix it. Lost all my business for oil changes and carwashes for a $16.00 antenna!
like North Muskegon staff is friendly courteous take pride in there work and the wash guys do a extremely good job they make people smile and if there kids they put smile faces on the windows and they treat military personnel past and future with respect
These guys are always so helpful with my Malibu when I need a light changed, although it’s a lot of work they never seem to complain! This crew there is awesome!

Just got my oil changed at the Sherman location and was so pleased with my experience. The staff was so kind and helpful.
So so. Good if it’s not to dirty.
My mom went into have her tire pressure checked. Long story short they broke her windshield, three weeks later we haven't had any contact back to repair it. Shameful business practices. My mom is retired and on a fixed income and never really asked for them to fix her wipers in the first place. Will never go back, which is a tragedy bc my family and I have used Van's for all of our oil changes, wiper replacements, and flushes.
