Usually like going there went there about 10 to 15 minutes before they close in a push me away saying they're actually closed when all I needed was a quick oil change I don't know if I'll go back
Want to thank Vans for the $350 I just spent in car repairs. 3 oil leaks caused by the double filling of my oil and refusal to take responsibility for it. You've lost a life long customer. Used to be my go to but lately I have so much residue after car washes and the vacuums are worthless.
I had my car washed today and wasn't clean so I asked for rewash they rewashed it and was still dirty then the manager told me because I wanted my car washed correctly to get off his property if not he will have me removed I used to work there for 6 months and that's not how you treat a paying customer I quit my job there because of the management but I'm still a paying customer and don't need to be treated that way no matter what the situation is if I could post pictures of how my car looked after the second time of being w... read more
Always great service friendly staff and my car looks great
This is my go to for oil changes because they are always so thorough and ensure everything is checked and full. I never have to worry about things running low between oil changes. Also, the people who run the car wash went above and beyond and scrubbed the rims on my car to get the tried dust and dirt off so they were perfectly clean after I went through. Would recommend Vans on Sherman to everyone!
