They have been blowing up my phone multiple times every single day for the past month ever since I went to view one flat, when I told them that I found a flat and to stop calling me they blamed me for not letting them know. Highly unprofessional and aggressive, do not recommend

Deeply disappointing service. I would strongly advise avoiding this rental agency. Our interactions with Vanquish were initially very friendly, but once we raised issues about cleaning and repairs in the apartment, emails went unanswered and the tone shifted noticeably. Unlike other London agencies we’ve used before (such as JLL), Vanquish relies on its own in-house property inspectors rather than independent third-party contractors, leading to non-objective outcomes. I’ve been living as a tenant in properties managed by Vanquish for 4+ years and I am very happy with the way they have handled every occurrence along the way. A special shout out goes to Nelly Prudente who has far exceeded her call of duty, stepping in a very nasty dispute with a cleaning agency we had hired for our end of tenancy cleaning. Would definitely recommend.
We have rented with Vanquish for the past 3.5 years, and the team has been consistently friendly and helpful from the very beginning. At the end of our tenancy we faced some challenges with the contractor we had hired for the final clean. Although the process was far from ideal, Nelly and her team worked tirelessly to help manage the situation as best they could.
