Don’t even a star for their customer service
The worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. Arrogant and ignorant. I’ve cleared my balance will never use them again. Avoid at all costs.
I am in Canada. I have not been to the UK. Yet I received emails about an account that I never had. Wrong email I suspect or a scam
Very bad customer service, defaulted me and sold my balance to a debt collection agency, as a result of their own mistakes, lie in the final resolution letters, AVOID AVOID AVOID currently logging case with the financial ombudsman.
