The system is not bad except it’s 2 systems cobbled together, key fob and app which is a pain. Customer service is absolutely pants. Take ages to reply via email and then don’t answer the questions. No helpline to call. Save your money OMG you can’t fix stupid as the saying goes. The guy who runs must only have 1 brain cell, he struggles to understand the simplest of emails. Great idea but really poor execution! Half of the time it does not work, will not turn on no matter what I try. No help online, and when it does finally start to work it is way too sensitive. Any car driving out of my street sends it off… even on the weakest sensitivity. So enjoy having no sleep.
Very poor. Initially looks like a world beater but once the bin men arrive, the vibration and noise activates the alarm straight away and for the 2 weeks around bonfire night and New Year, dont even bother setting it due to the amount of fireworks going off that simply activate it no matter how low you turn down the sensors. Then you have to hope you can get a signal from the receiver when you go out to de-activate the actual GPS unit or you will be sat there forever not being able to move your vehicle without constant notif... read more
Can not get app to work properly very disappointed and no one to talk to just online which doesn’t help
Worst company to ever deal with, their product doesn't work and you will get nowhere with communication and resolution, forget about a refund from them as well, im sending it to small claims court to see if i can get my money back for their product that doesn't work, avoid at all costs
