Extremely unprofessional. Had an appointment which we turned up to on time. Rang the bell outside their dated office and no answer. Phoned them numerous times and eventually answered, saying she is off sick today so can we rearrange. Asked why did not nobody call us to let us know, she replied, "I do not have your number". How can a "professional" not have my number nor a receptionist to deal with these types of things.
