Worked for vanguard for 22years lovely people
I was a carer with Vanguard for almost 30 years until I retired this Summer. They and I shared a wonderful working relationship through and it was a privelage to be able to meet so many wonderful clients and their families, friends and staff. I have worked for 9 years and have loved every minute of it. This is a great team we support each other in whatever way we can. The office is only a call away and available 24/7. 365 days of the year. They listen to every problem I may have and sort it out ASAP. This care agency doesn’t listen to its live in Carers . They take their clients side no matter what. Their Live in Carer reports. They evict care staff from their clients property and throw them out onto the street ! Even though the Carers have done Nothing wrong. The Manageress will not offer emotional support and dismisses all requests for it. More interested in losing clients money than listening to their Live in Care Staff.
