We had a very good experience at Bob Hook. Very comfortable atmosphere. Everyone was friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent experience. The salesman was very courteous, professional, and friendly. He went above and beyond to get me exactly the vehicle I wanted. I am totally satisfied with my new Equinox. If I live long enough to buy another vehicle I'll be back to Bob Hook.
We were treated fairly and professionally. No hard sell pressure to buy which means a lot to me. I was given what I think was a fair value for trade in and also I was sold vehicle at a fair price. Dealer prepared vehicle to my directions and specifications perfectly. Financing was also provided, again at a fair market price. I definitely will refer friends if possible to sales professional Jimmy Harris and the Bob Hook team.
