This is my 2nd car that I bought from Bill at Bob Hook Chevrolet. I find the dealer gives you a fair trade in value (best out of 3 dealers) for your car and they have fair pricing on their cars. Bill is great to work with. Very professional, not high pressure and is a really down to earth guy. I highly recommend Bob Hook Chevrolet.
My family and I came into Bob Hook Chevrolet to narrow down the search for of the cars we had been looking at for the past month. We found a used car we liked and were set to make our purchase. While we went home to get the car we were trading in, we were told that there was some bad news. They had us down as a drop off, instead of an oil change while we waited. They were able to squeeze us in and got us out in about a half hour. That was great.

My experience at Joe Van Horn Chevrolet was great. I was in for service for my vehicle. I had an oil change, tire rotation, and multiple point inspection. The popcorn was delicious too. I felt that I was very welcomed by all of the staff. I am completely satisfied with the service I received during my visit. The service included a car wash which was hand washed because the car wash isn't fixed yet. I definitely recommend Joe Van Horn Chevrolet.
