Mike Disimone was extremely helpful and courteous. We had gone to Atlantic Hyundai and had a rude and nasty salesman so Mike was a pleasure to deal with.

Brought car in for a recall. I had an 8am appointment and was out by 9:15. Everyone was very friendly. I was offered coffee and a bagel and a very nice gentlemen (I wish I could remember his name) came over and asked me if there was anything I would like and we spoke for awhile. I think he was a customer rep maybe? I worked for GM many years ago in NYC and he worked in the city at that time too and we had a very enjoyable conversation about working in NY in the 60's. Leasing a new car for my wife was made easy. There was no pressure, our salesman (Austin) was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and confident in purchasing our new Chevrolet. The entire car buying process was hassle free from beginning to end. I visited online prior to see if I could purchase a particular vehicle. I was first contacted by the online staff and when I made my appointment to actually visit in person, I met with Mr. Kyle and he was awesome from the time I test drove the vehicle to driving away home with it. Everyone at Bob Hook Chevrolet were exceptionally professional and courteous!! I will definitely tell everyone of my great service and will return again when it's time to purchase another vehicle in the future!
