I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole experience from when I walked in to your showroom till I picked up my car.
Salespeople, Ralph and Sarah, were fantastic, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. The finance manager, Oscar was very helpful too. They understood my needs and wants, and got the deal done quickly and efficiently with as little work on my part as possible. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this team to my family and friends.
I worked with David Hook and Bill Dabney to purchase a new Chevy. Both salesmen were very helpful and very knowledgeable. I looked at and drove 3 different models before settling on a Cruze. I never felt pressured and appreciated their patience and willingness to deal. I feel I got a very good deal. I also appreciated the walk-through of the vehicle after the purchase before I left the lot.
Roger showed us two cars. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We looked at a suburban and a Silverado. We purchased both and love them!!

James Boyd was our salesman. We told him what we are interested in and how much we wanted to pay for our lease. He was very honest with us, didn't play games like they do at many other dealerships, and was able to work out a deal for us that we were satisfied with. James was also very personable, not pushy at all, and made us feel like a valued customer. He is a true asset to your dealership! I have 2 other Hyundai leases and will definitely come back when I am ready for a new one.
I was in the market for a new Tahoe and had spoken to a colleague who had a been a long time customer of Bob Hook. He spoke very highly of the team there and my experience was great. Everyone was attentive to my needs, expectations and made my experience a great one. I've bought several new vehicles and this experience was the best thus far.
