Today I had the most horrible experience in my life from Jack Phelan Chevy in Lyons, Illinois(4000 Harlem). I experienced racism and sexism. The manager, , Martin Boryczka, was extremely rude and argumentative towards me. I received a letter offering to trade my vehicle in (depleted value and a total rip-off). Just wanted to share my experience at Chevrolet 112. I have felt with several different service departments of all my years. I can honestly say that Chevy 112 makes me feel like family. All my concerns were addressed. All points were checked as if one of their own family was driving my vehicle. The staff treated me with the utmost professionalism and caring. Chevrolet 112 is the best service department I have ever dealt with. In the past getting our car serviced was always something that was dreaded. The service staff made me feel like the truly cared what I was saying. I was treated like my time was just as important to them as it was to me. Any service on my vehicle was always done in a timely manner. Thank you for a positive experience.

Its not often you find a dealerships service dept a comfortable place to be.
