Chevy 112 was recommended to me from a friend who purchased a Silverado, and had a great experience dealing with them. I must say so did I. My salesmen Tom was excellent, their appraisal of my trade in was spot on, and the entire process was a pleasure

If I could give zero stars I would. This service department damaged my car and are refusing to take responsibility for it. They also lied to my face after telling me something else a few minutes before the lie. I'm letting you all know DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP OR THEIR CERTIFIED SERIVCE!!!!!!

This is my second leased car from Chevy 112. My husband has had 2 leases and the current one is up later this year. Amro Bawadi was my salesman for both of my cars; I came back to see him because I was treated with courtesy and professionalism the first time. I have owned nothing but GMs since 1977 (Chevy, Buick & Olds) and many went over 200000 miles without major issues. I prefer owning GM vehicles and buy/lease American.
Well, we needed to turn in our leases 2014 Equinox and came in to see what offers were available. Your salesman, Tom Hassan, greeted us and found a 2017 Equinox for us to lease. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and found us a car ..a red one that I really like. We have been to your dealership for many leases over the years. Your service people are great and we are very happy to continue leasing once again with you. Thanks for another great leasing experience, Tom and Chevrolet 112!

Rude, abusive, dishonest staff. Will not properly document the work they did to my car, without my permission, leaving me with a hatch I can not get repaired under warrenty. This is a brand new car! 2 shops say there is non factory paint on my car, of course Evergreen says there is not, but that they do see a difference in the paint on the car. Because I took it to a different dealer to have the hatch fixed, they documented that the car had previous damage, so no warrenty to fix it correctly. Evergreen attempted the fix and ... read more
