William was very patient and did not pressure us at all.
I found the truck I wanted on line and when I went to Bob Hook I was met at the door by William Dabney and he bought the truck up to me and was very helpful in showing everything about it and it was just like thier web site said it would be. I was very pleased and happy with this dealership.

I would most definitely recommend the service department. I am disappointed that a 4 yr old vehicle required so much expensive work, but the service department was really professional and went out of their way to make this a decent experience for us. I have an extremely busy schedule with work and 3 kids and leaving my car for 3 days would have caused missed days at work and my kids to miss their extra curricular activities.
