The greeting, being recognized by name as a devoted customer by the service agent, being called and advised by the service agent the work that needed to be done to my vehicle, and the shuttle service was safe with a friendly atmosphere as always.
We have a Buick Enclave. It was time for it regularly scheduled maintenance and Bob Hook made the process so easy.
I always receive excellent service at Bob Hook Chevrolet. Employees in the Service Department are friendly and courteous and treat you like family.
I was there a little before time for my appointment and they took my SUV and they were finished with at the time they aid it would be done. It was to replace a bolt under the drivers seat that I got a recall lette about.

Sales Representative Joe Donofrio was very helpful in my decision to get a new car. His knowledge of the 2015 Chevy Malibu and his low pressure approach to my making a decision was a plus. He was informative and helpful in getting me the correct rebates and/or incentives added to my purchase. He is a courteous professional, and it was a pleasure to do business with him.
