Dr. Johnson does a great job Van Aken Pet Hospital has saved so many of our pets through the 10 years we have been with them. They have carrying staff and Dr. Johnson does a great job with our dogs and cats.
Gave me the royal treatment My name is Sadie and my mom took me to the hospital. Dr. Johnsen, Tony and the staff gave me the royal treatment while I was there and I healed up fast. I now run and play even better than before. I recommend her to all of my four legged friends.

Humanitarian veterinarian Dr. Johnsen is the best vet in the world! She cares for our animals when they are sick or injured and takes them home when they need extra care. We are so grateful that she listened to her calling to be a humanitarian veterinarian! On a scale from 1 to 10 she is a SOLID 11.
A big huge Thank you Dr. S. Johnson Dr. Suzanne Johnson has taken care of our dogs and cats for over 12 years. She is the most patient and kind Dr. we have ever had for many years for our pets. We love you Dr. Johnsen Dr. Suzanne Johnsen at the Van Aken Pet Hospital is so kind hearted. My wife and I ran into financial difficulties but our pit bull got into a fight and was in extremely bad shape. She operated on him and patched him up. Whereas the bill should have been huge she worked out what we could afford. We highly recommend her and her staff because the animal welfare always comes first. BEWARE!! DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONE HERE!!!!!!!!! unless you want it to go through unnecessary surgeries and pay 500% more than you normally would for unnecessary treatment. My cat had a wound on it's tail from a fight that was begining to become infected. Johnson immediately wanted to do surgery implanting a drain tube, and removing teeth......what wait it's his a$$ not his mouth and it's a cut not a freaking tumor WTF, when she came back with a $600 plan I was like uuuummmm NO, I'm going for a second opinion... read more

A big heart felt THANK YOU! I was referred to Dr. Johnson from friend I have grown up with in PA. When I pulled up I can tell you the aesthetics were not so pleasing to the senses, but that was not my concern as much as the health and well being of my pets, so I quickly put that aside.
