Bennu and his team at Franklin did a great job. Quick service, double checked and tightened everything, plus made sure my truck was clean and no oil was left on my engine. Explained what I needed, but did not pressure sell at all! I will continue to use this location for my oil changes
This is the worst never ever again . I’ve been coming to Valvoline and they been over charging me 40 for a top off . After I paid 150 for an oil change and brought synthetic oil that was supposed to last up to 10k in mileage . I only drove 6 k in mileage . They are ripe off and those mileage’s estimates are lies . That is called false advertisement the manager got smart mouth and told me oh well . Ripe off
The staff was friendly and efficient. They didn't try to sell a bunch of services that I hadn't requested. The job was done quickly and I was on my way in no time. Highly recommended.
I received the veteran's discount plus yesterday on Veteran's Day. Service was quick and easy. My tech, Chino Reyes w employee #94731, at Franklin, Ma was very friendly and professional. I was very impressed. He is one of the reasons I frequent this station.
My daughter's goes in to get her oil changed on her toyota corolla with a 1.8 and they couldn't get the oil filter house loose because they don't have the right tools.
