I've been coming here for over a year and today was the worst service. One of the reps was so disrespectful to me as he was asking me about my lights, my brakes and wipers. I thought valvoline was supposed to inspect them? When I asked him shouldn't he inspect them, he got upset. TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE!!
Great staff. Less busy before 9 AM. Communication is great most of the time. Discount coupon from the mail applied without a doubt.
Very polite, knowledgeable and professional employees. Easy in easy out.
