Refused to do an oil change on my corvette due to "policy". Imagine An oil change business that refuses oil change business.
I went to Valvoline and was really dissatisfied with how I was treated by their so-called “master tech.” Instead of being professional and respectful, the interaction felt dismissive and rude.I expected better service and communication. Definitely not the experience I thought I’d have here, and I won’t be coming back.
