They are convenient. They are close to a restaurant where I can go and have a meal while I am waiting.
Overall, Great Job! – Their location, and the facility is clean. The waiting area is pleasant. It's a nice place to wait, and they are fast.
Really bad idea – Very let down by this shop, and I would advise using another shop for your oil changes. Brought my car in for an oil change when they felt that my differential gear oil needed to be changed (this really isn't good advice short of you actually having differential problems or noises). When I asked the very young man doing the job if he'd had experience with this, he said, "yes"... Turns out, he really didn't. I liked their efficiency and knowledge, as far as the fluids and things. They were really honest about what needed to be done and what could wait. Their timing was great. I didn't have to wait very long. The discount cards they sent us really helped.
They were pretty accurate. They cleaned the inside of my car, they checked my oil, and they checked my tires. I was satisfied with their work.

Despite me taking 2 other vehicles here previosly, this time was different. They told me that since 2000, Jeep, Chrysler, Ford, etc now require either partial or full synthetic oil to be used. Avoid these jackalopes – Stay away from these jackalopes! First they fail our car for inspection, mostly for annoying little things, some of which were valid, and others that were not. For example, they listed the driver's side view mirror being cracked as a failing defect, when NH inspection guidelines requires only 2 mirrors, and the rearview and passenger side were fine. I don't hate this place at all. I've been going there since 2002. They try to sell you some other things, but all you have to say is 'NO!' They put in some new wiper blades for me and it didn't cost much. Overall, I can't complain about their services. They've been around for a long time, so they must be doing something right, Quick, fast, easy oil change . . . that's it!!
My father, who has alzheimers brought his car in for an oil change that cost him over 150.00!!! Beware of this business. I contacted the manager and questioned him about what services were done. I can understand the 57.74 oil change if he used the oil he claimed, but he said the cost of changing the fuel filter was 89.99! I'm sorry, fuel filters for my dad's car run in the range of 5.99 to 19.99 and as long as you have a jack and can get under the car to the fuel line, the filter replacement time is under 10 minutes.
