Why do blatant crooks still exist? – I owned a auto repair store for 24 years in San Diego, sold it and am now retired in Santa Monica. I went to EZ Lube on Lincoln and despite my 24 years in the industry, I am certain I have never encountered an oil change shop as sleazy as these morons. Trying to upsell from the word "hello" with false information is definitely their mission in life. Thanks – I like the fact that they make recommendations for upgrades, but at the same time, they're not pushy about it. I value their suggestions, because they use relationship-style selling
Everything was good. They were quick, and the service was good. They gave me a printout of everything that was wrong with the car. The place was clean. They had complimentary coffee. The people were pleasant.
Thanks Again Ya'll – I like the fact that they keep the service within ten minutes. Even when there is a wait, they manage to get to you right away. I used to be a Jiffy Lube member until it closed down, but I now like Pennzoil 10 Minute Oil Change more.
Take care of your cutomers better – It takes 4 guys to do an oil change all the while chatting with the female customer. After they finished and she left, all of them walked away from me. If you got boobs, a tight t-shirt and shorts on, you definitely get service at this location.
Great Service – Went there to change my Rear-end oil. Ibrought my own oil because I wanted to use AMSOIL. I watched Brandon personnally do it! He did it right, was very courteous and brought the little bit left in the bottle back and put it a plastic! The whole staff is courteous and efficient.
They are quick, and they explain what they are doing. The guys are always very cordial.
I like the convenience of their location. It's ten minutes from my house and right across from Safeway. I can go do my shopping and pick my car up. I am very pleased with the service as it is
