I went in for a oil change, the next day I was headed out of town. My car was cutting out and running rough. I had to stop and have my car looked at on the way. I informed them what the issue was. I was informed the location in Red Bank put WAY to much oil in. On my next oil change this weekend I had had to pay to have my radiator flushed because they put windshield washer fluid in the radiator. POOR service, I would not trust this location with any car! GO SOME WHERE ELSE!
Don't try to push an air filter off on me and don't get a defensive attitude when I refuse and put my old air filter back in correctly!

Alan and the guys are great. We used them regularly for oil changes, and also for minor repairs and inspections. They are a fine organization that takes great care of their customers. Highly recommended. Grab a coffee from next door Starbucks, and then come back to Valvoline and use their free wi-fi (and avoid all the hipsters at the coffee shop).
This place has gone way down hill. Changed its name, its oil and people. Last time for me.

Trying to say something nice but I am ill due to the crap yo – I was trying to say something nice about your VIOC on Dayton Blvd. but I have spent 20 min.s filling out a bunch of crap so you can bombard my email address with useless crap. Anyway, I am a former owner of a 3 bay fast lube I featured Castrol GTX and Valvoline. Today I drove by your store and the bays were empty but 3 techs. were standing close to a busy intersection holding a sign. The sign was black with white letters on a 3 foot pole. Little expensive but great service – Had a good experience here. Service was solid and they even fixed an issue for free which I don't think half the shops in Brunswick would of done. Thanks for the great work guys! Brandon was exceptional as well!
T.K. Fraud – T.K. is the reason I will not go back to this EZ Lube. He is all about SALES. Every time I go there for a simple synthetic oil change he somehow tries to add in unecessary services racking up my bill for no reason. I usally spend $70 on a Synthetic Oil Change and I had a $10 Coupon with me. He mentioned they were out of the oil i normally get but they have a different brand.
