slow and poor service, will not recommend this place – I went for oil change, there was no car ahead of me , I had to wait 1 hours to get my car, the employees were chatting with each other instead of helping the customers, and they got offended because I told them I have to go to an appointment, They always push customer for extra service which is not necessary
Great Service every visit – I hae experienced excellent service for nearly a dozen visits to the Canal Winchester location. All the staff are friendly and courteous. Kudos to the management team. Micah is super, always lets me know how long the service may take enabling me to meet my Grandma Mobile duties. Thanks guys for your great service, very rare these days.
Crooks – I also had my oil changed there. They told me a lie as to why I needed synthetic oil in my vehilce, how my motor would be damaged, lose my warranty etc. I called my dealership and they told me any SAE grade oil sold in the USA would be fine in my new Toyota. Apparently, they get a bonus for selling the high dollar synthetic oil, and they don't care how much it costs the consumer. Don't go there, they are crooks. I see their manager is writing his own reviews like the one above.
Oil stained upholstery, garage floor – The first time we took our SUV there, the staff didn't properly install the oil plug, so our new garage floor is now oil stained. They apologized and gave us a free oil change. I foolishly decided to give them another chance, since the Valvoline Instant Oil Change is so close to home. Valvoline on Chambers - BEWARE – BEWARE ! This location was so negligant that my husband could have been killed . I got a regular oil change, drove home with no problems ( my house is right up the street ) , but the next morning when my husband got on the hghway for work, the hood flew up, demolished the windshield and became twisted on it's brackets . He could have been killed had he not been able to swerve over to the side of the road, which wasa miracle . He had to bungee cord the hood down to get to work in O' Fallon . V... read more
Don't go here! – My daughter went here for an inspection and her car failed because they told her the serpentine belt was bad. They showed her a piece they PULLED off of the belt that was the entire length of the belt. They then threw it in the trash. I drove to the business and asked to see the belt. They would not refund the cost of the inspection or admit wrongdoing. We are forced to return there in order not to pay double for an inspection. There was no noise from a flapping belt. NEVER dream of going elsewhere!! – It amazes me. Everytime I come to this facility, I am treated like a queen. The employees are soo friendly, they are fast, they know what they're doing, and they actually care about the customers. I have been coming her for 20 years and I wouldn't dare contemplate going elsewhere. HORRIBLE SERVICE – I VISITED VALVOLINE ON SEPT 14TH. I WAITED 45 MIN UNTIL THEY WERE READY TO CHANGE MY OIL. THEY LEFT THE DIP STICK ON MY FRONT SEAT SO THAT THE DIRTY OIL STAINED THE SEAT. THEY TRIED TO SELL ME A TRANSMISSION OIL CHANGE EVEN THOUGH I JUST HAD THE OIL CHANGED 8000 MILES AGO
