Went to the Kissimmee Florida for oil and filter change about three months ago. Besides falling for the more expensive 'upgrade oil' and other services, the under the motor cover shield plastic was not properly put back and fell off shortly after the visit. Since that date I have been smelling like an odor of something burning. I went back the other day, asked for the cheapest oil and complained about what happened the last time.
