RecommendedWent after work to get my oil changed as I'm driving to Venice, FL in the morning. To say I'm stressed would be an understatement and these guys were just simply the best! They went above and beyond an oil change. In this world today it is unfortunate that caring people are not plentiful but this is not the case with these employees I encountered today. I sure wish I would of gotten their names, because they sure do deserve to be regonized! Thank you guys dearly.
It has gotten to expensive for a convenience! I service my three cars there every three thousand miles religiously. Now I am told this manufacturer "requires" a select premium oil. The next make "requires" a select premium oil. Lastly my oldest cars manufacturer "highly recommends" a select premium oil. The actual service and employees I view as first rate.
I have great confidence in the rain Delaney Street location. The employees are always warm friendly and informative. I appreciate this.
Never leaked a drop of oil until this oil change. I think they forget to tighten the filter or oil pan bolt. Crazy. Huge spots all over my driveway now. Not pleased at all.
I had my oil changed at a location in Winter Park, Florida. I called them to see if they can provide a different type of service for my Mercedes. I was told that they can't work on Mercedes due to liability reasons. I said to the person on the phone, "Well why did you all do an oil change on my car a few months back?" The guy blamed the previous manager. Seems like bullshit to me. So Valvoline, do you not work on Mercedes?
Excellent and timely service, polite employees, great prices... They even suggested where to get coupons!!!
