I went here for the first time today & found the employees to be very friendly and professional. Each tech called out what they were working on, so they functioned as a team and everything was explained to me without it being a "hard sell".. I'll definitely be back
Went there the other day. Have been going for a few years. I forgot my wallet at home so had to run home and get it after the service was performed. At home I noticed a piece of foam sticking out from under my hood, when I opened the hood I noticed right away they didn't top off my washer fluid, one of the action items went through on their action list. Went here about a month ago, they spilled oil all over the oil pan so for days my car smelled like burning oil. I crawled under to check and here they didn't tighten the drain pan plug . Three weeks later I had to add a whole quart. This is totally unacceptable service. I think this was done on purpose because I wouldn't buy a transmission flush. PSA do not go to this place.
Nice, friendly group of guys. Drove in and out in 15 minutes.
Overpriced! Went in for an oil change and came out spending $80.00. Got charged $26.99 for an air filter $11.99 for a marker light and $39.99 for an oil change. Then labor for another $20.06!!! Would not recommend this place to anyone. Very overpriced. Went in to complain and all we were told was they don't set the prices! Don't go unless your will to pay high prices!!!
