Been going here for 4 years and never had an issue. This time they didnt have the proper tools to do the job the correct way. They also scratched up one of my rims and didn't bother to tell me. Not going back.
The place has usually been very good. Came directly home and did a few things about my house. Got up Sunday morning and my service engine light was on. A wire they disconnected on the air breather was not put back. Will be in Monday to find out what is going on with my truck.
At this point I regret ever going to the Saginaw Valvoline location and probably won’t ever go back to any Valvoline franchise and would advise my family, friends and colleges to do the same. I have been a faithful customer to Valvoline and until what was wronged is made right and my motor is repaired I will keep fighting and take any action that is well within my rights whether that means going to the news and sharing my story or sharing my story on social media and even taking legal actions if it goes that far.
