They either didn't tighten properly or left my oil filter loose. I lost five of the 8 quarts of oil. They cant do the job properly, but they sure can blow up your email with SPAM mail.....

on the 1st of February I had my oil change here, about 400 miles later I blew my engine and the mechanics first question to me was "when was the last time you changed your oil?" when I told him he said that there was absolutely no way that i had gotten an oil change that recently. i had about 1 quart of oil in my vehicle when he pulled the drain cap(on video) and very dark old oil had come out. so from there I call the corporate office to do the claim for my engine. they send the area manager Quincy to investigate the mechan... read more

So...Feb 1st my son had the oil changed at the Valvoline in Saginaw...400 miles later his Jeep broke down....after towing it to the repair shop the mechanic stated there was maybe a quart of oil in the vehicle and that it was probably 3k miles old. The engine seized up and he now needs a new engine. After notifying Valvoline 24hrs ago they still have made not effort to remedy this situation nor have they made any contact whatsoever.
