Today was my first visit to Value Lab in Dixon. I was in and out in 10 minutes and my cost was nearly $400 less than having it done at my local clinic. The staff was friendly and professional. I will definitely be back in the future. (And I hope you consider opening a location in Sterling/Rock Falls.)
Five stars +! Whenever I need labs drawn, I I always specify Value Lab. Right on Galena Avenue, with parking out front, the location couldn't be any more convenient, and all of the staff are friendly, professional and competent. Their turnaround time is very fast and they mail me a copy of my lab results. What a great way to run a business!
I went in for labs that my physician had ordered. Caroline and her receptionist calculated the costs and were honest and up front with me and advised me it would be more affordable to do this through my provider. Though they could have charged me over $800 for these tests they resorted to honesty instead. I HIGHLY recommend Value lab to anyone looking for an honest, small town experience Thank you Caroline
