If there was a zero star rating it would be to much. We spent £2500 on lvt flooring with them there fitters fitted the floor, which it started moving and leaving gaps within months? They did come back and try to fix but still exactly the same and now getting worse. We had and extention and felt we had no choice but to approach and ask for the same floor with the offer from them of another repair. They relieved us of a further £717 pounds for the extension floor but 3 weeks later no sign of a fitter or an explanation, I calle... read more
Where do i start... ben who served me at the shop was so helpful, I already had what I wanted in mind and he stood and chatted with me to make sure I chose the right flooring for my kitchen. His customer service skills was 100%. He booked the fitting in for me so quickly too. Couldn't fault it. Then the fitters who came to fit the flooring was exceptional, they went above and beyond for me to the point they made sure and checked with me it was definitely what i wanted before laying the flooring. Its a good shop very helpfull when you ask questions
We purchased tartan carpet & had it fitted December 2024 on the stairs & landing and are really pleased with the results. The staff were really helpful & polite as were the fitters and cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend if your looking for carpet. Value for money is a fabulous name for this company
Both Rich & Ben were really helpful in the shop and when measuring up. Dave & his team fitted the laminate floor & it looks beautiful! They did a great job and we are super happy with it, thank you!
