I had a viewing this morning with a woman called Claire to help me do a mutual swap (which I’ve never done before) she rudely told me I didn’t reply to a text she sent which was ‘ please reply if you want to cancel or exchange’ so I didn’t feel the need to reply as they knew I booked a day off work to do this. Moved into valleys to coast 2 years ago complained since then state of garden and Rats nothing has been done hate it here they never do any repairs.
Please do not house with Valleys To Coast. I had to accept this flat as I was vulnerable (homeless)with nowhere to go. Now I am trapped and no1 will move into this flat with this mess right by my side. This is supposed to be a communal garden and I have tried 4 years to get an answer for this mess. How is this communal with a decaying fence no lock. Fly tipping is a constant. I have no outdoor space to dry my clothes. It’s probably infested with rats.
