The staff has always been excellent and patient with our doodle & with me & all of my questions. We chose VAC bc of my friend & amazing vet, Dr. Falone. We love Dr. Falone & the entire VAC team. They have been kind, courteous, helpful, informative and they always check in when needed. Our Rizzi has used doggy daycare, had routine visits, and most recently a surgery. Doctors are always professional and staff is very friendly. They take good care of our fur baby and adore her almost as much as we do. It is such a comfort to know that she is so excited to go to the "doggy hotel" and has a wonderful time while she's there. We never worry about her when she's there because she loves it and they take really good care of her.
We are new to VAC with our 10 week old mini golden-doodle, Waylon. Everyone has been so sweet and welcoming. And our little guy loves Dr. Winke...along with all the snuggles from the ladies up front. We will recommend VAC to all our friends. 🐶💙🐾
We recently received a very poor prognosis for our dog. Although it was heartbreaking news, the compassion that the vet & staff showed made what a bad situation a bit easier.
My first visit with 3 wk old puppies today. I was so happily surprised by the greetings we got; so warm and friendly. I’m fact, everything about our visit today was wonderful, including the price. Shall be using VAC for all my dogs from now on. Can’t think of anywhere else I would ever want to take my pets!
This past weekend was my first experience boarding my baby at Valleydale. It was the best experience!!! Staff was knowledgeable of the breed of dog I have and also gave me a full report on her anxiety issues. I work with dogs every day myself and I truly could tell this staff cared about the pups! My baby came home in the best mood and full of energy unlike my experience at another clinic she went to. With my out of town job this will definitely be her second home!
I highly recommend this clinic as a brand new patient with a sickly kitty cat. I could not have asked for a more reassuring team of vets and staff who took time with him - and me. Thankful for all of you, and that Knute the Himalayan is home and looking like he feels so much better. :)
