RecommendedThis was Finn’s first appointment since we got him 3 weeks ago. I didnt have anyone I knew in this area to get a referral from so I started calling vets in the area close to me. Every single person who came to my car or answered the phone was kind and courteous. No one was ever impatient with me and my questions. Dr Winke answered all my questions and helped me understand all the instructions for my pets aftercare and all the things they had to do to care for my pet while he was there. I have to travel over 30 minutes to Valleydale but it will always be my first choice for my pets care.
We have been taking our pups to Valleydale Animal Clinic since moving here in 2007. The vets and entire staff make us (owners) and our pets feel welcome and loved. With any procedure or illness, we are given details that help us understand what's going on with our pups health. Our bulldog, McWallace loves going to the vet and getting lots of attention from the techs and receptionist.
I've used Valleydale for years and always receive A++ service. Very caring doctors and staff!!
This is the most amazing veterinary clinic! They go above and beyond and Dr. Winke always takes time to communicate and answer any questions. They have made a hard time much better
The best clinic. Everyone cares about your fur baby! Top notch from the front desk to the groomer, trainer, techs, and doctors!!!!! Lots of love for them!!!
So grateful to all the folks at Valleydale Animal Clinic! In addition to our yearly visits, they have seen us way too frequently to treat our quirky cat with her “mystery” injuries (twice in the last 2 days!) When my daughter came in dressed for her “future career” as a veterinarian they hooked her up with some real gear for a great pic!
We boarded Bennett there multiple times. After the first couple of times, whenever he went there, whether to board or for a checkup, he would gently put his front legs around the vet tech’s hips and rest his head on her, like he was giving a hug. He loved going there and we loved how everyone treated him and us. It was such a sad day when we moved to Austin, TX. This is seriously the best vet I've ever been to. Even though we live over 30 minutes away, I'd never consider taking my 4 dogs anywhere else. Everyone on staff is warm, patient, friendly, and helpful, and my dogs literally jump out of my arms and run to the front door whenever we arrive for an appointment. Would give 10 stars if I could.
