Poor customer service We are trying to down size and traded emails several times with Tiffany in the office. We set an appointment date to come look at an apartment and tour the facility. when we arrived , she's decided to leave early for the day, no call , no email just left. Her assistant did confirm that it was On her calendar. If you treat potential renters this way, I would hate to see how you'd treat us after we signed a lease. We will be spending our money elsewhere. #dontwasteyourtime
