Verified Renter I had high hopes and excitement coming into this complex. However, they let me down big time. The management and other staff members are rude and childish. They don’t know how to manage properly and don’t follow through on anything they say. Also broke one of the things on the lease. We didn’t get a 24 hour notice and they came into our apartment without anyone knowing while no one was home. I don’t understand why the lease needs to be followed by tenants but not staff members?
