Verified Renter Kylie and Echo were extremely nice and helpful during move in, way back when. I’ve lived here for about a year and a half now and have had little to no problems. The front office has always been quick to solve and questions and concerns

Verified Renter They are nice and spacious apartments but we’ve had several maintenance issues so I think it’s an old building the parking lot is always full and people drive kinda dangerous. The office is never open lol even when you call ahead to check
Verified Renter It's a decent place to live, but it's way overvalued for what you get and rent continues to spike. Pavement doesn't get fixed, equipment in the gym is very old and rundown.

Verified Renter The rent is high and no utilities are included. It costs about two grand a month for a third floor walk up apartment. There is NO water pressure in the showers I've had two maintenance calls and they haven't fixed it. Or the sink stopper that they "Had to order parts for" and never got back to me. The parking lot is collapsing and if you're not careful you will pop a tire or worse. Lots of holes in the concrete too so watch your step! Verified Renter It took a few months to learn how to live in the apartment. Love the location. It's close to everything that I need as in food, stores and the highway which makes it easy to get around. The neighbors are nice. Quiet. I have no problem with the neighbors in the apartment.
