From calling to make an appointment to getting an appointment only a few hours later for my Milly, everyone at Valley vets was kind, compassionate and empathetic. I knew it was going to be a one way trip for Milly as she was 17 and so poorly, but it was made so much easier for me by the level of caring and gentle support of the team. Thank you, you made a bad day and awful decision so much easier and I can’t thank you enough for that x

We couldn’t recommend Valley Vets enough! They are superb with our German shepherd who needs time to get to know people. They are patient and kind and make it a positive experience every time for her! The vets, vet nurses, and receptionist are all amazing and the best vets surgery we have ever used! They were also incredible with our cheeky cat on every visit, and when we sadly lost him to a car accident, they were sympathetic and thoughtful and we knew that they cared with a card and flower seeds sent in the post too. Very helpful, lovely staff. Always polite & friendly. Never have to wait long for an appointment nor when you arrive for an appointment. Really seem to care about the animals & treat them as much a part of the family as we do.

Lovely refurbishment of building. Nice clean feeling and receptionist friendly. Very efficient female vet with a calm and warm manner. My dog certainly liked her !
