My daughter was here to get a appendix surgery the whole staff is knowledgeable and they walk you through the process of the surgery everyone made it feel like we were part of the hospital family I don't like hospitals but if I ever need to go I will make this my first choice due to the staff thank you all.

I'm not proud of this but, I've had 5 or so overnight stays in hospitals over the last 4 years. I spent a few of those at cedars Sinai which is the good standard to strive for. I've got to say that Valley Presbyterian was right there in my experience with them. The hospital was extremely clean. The staff were knowledgeable and courteous. The medical care was top notch. I went there with extremely bad stomach pain. They put me in a room, drew some blood, gave me fluids and pain meds. I was there 6 hours.... And it took them 30 min to respond to me calling for a nurse. Then they tell me all the blood tests came back normal. So I tell them it must be something else then. They basically tell me if it isn't on their "standard tests, it isn't an emergency" so they can't help. And to consult a specialist.... A specialist in what.
