Support staff great. The entire hospital could use a thorough cleaning. Rooms are dirty, lots of crud in corners.

I first saw valley pres twenty years ag and it to say it politely " not good".it was dark and seemed dirt, stuff was not friendly. So when my doctor said he operated in Valley Pres I was reluctant to have surgery there. He told me the hospital is " new" clean and amazing stuff and since it was a hospital of his choose and I wanted HIM for my surgery, I agreed. No puedo quejarme del servicio,atención,amabilidad de todo el personal,excelentes doctores,te hacen sentir en confianza y segura en sus manos, no tengo dudas al recomendar este hospital
Me gustó mucho. Las personas son muy amables y profesionales. Lo qué no me gustó es el parking debería ser gratis.
