I guess you gotta be damn near dead for them to help you. My family member was brought there through the ambulance after having 2 seizures in one day. When I drove there he was sitting in the waiting room. I was pissed! I talked to a nurse about how I felt about him sitting in the waiting area after having 2 seizures she told me to register him BACK in and he can get a bed. I greatly recomend the Valley Presbyterian Hospital to anyone with health care needs. They took excellent care of me!!!
Nurses are efficient and caring. They see to it that patient is comfortable. Informative when ask of patients condition.
Because of my young adult child's medical insurance I've had to go there for his ER care about 4 times already. He has received prompt and superb medical care.
Best hospital stay..very comfortable..Nurses and Staff Doctors were Awesome...took care of me very well...smiles
The worst hospital EVER! I swear the nurses are soooo rude. They treAt people like if their bums. It's ridiculous in there. The nurses take their sweet ass time while they stand around talking. I HATE THAT PLACE !
It takes a few minutes too finally get the help that I need. Busy floor I guess. But the staff are very polite and caring. They allow my pastors from my church to come visit anytime of the day. Very caring people
I commend the services of all staff who attended to us in maternity department . Shout out to Cheryl for an excellent service and all the nurses and working staff assigned to my daughter in law in room 301. Thank you so much for making our stay comfortable. I also commend the nurses who took care of my grandson in NICU! Great job! More power to you! Keep up your being a baby friendly hospital !
There is not enough to be said about the professionalism and the care here at this Hospital outstanding does not even scratch the surface of the patient care that they provide I am blessed to be here getting the much needed care that I am getting for a bad kidney infection. Id like to recognize my Nurse Siran & Radiology nurse Cassandra. Without them my stay could've been scary and they exude professionalism!!!
