Bought a spa over one year ago plumbing was not glued together properly from manufacture outside panels bowed from sun less then a mount took two months to get plumbing fixed and panels still not replaced why is does it take so long to get help when payed over $10,000.00 dollars and can't get what is properly deserved
We just love going to valley pool and spa in Washington the nicest people we have ever dealt with we asked a thousand question before and after our pool purchase they have never rushed us or made I feel uncomfortable with our questions I a wonderful feeling to walk into the store and they greet you with a friendly smile and remember who you are Jim and Jill Hutchison

My Husband and I had an Excellent Buying Experience with Sue! we came in looking in October for a Spa and waited till Spring because we remodeled a room to add a Deck entrance.. Sue kept in touch over the months about our needs and made sure we knew about sales. they had a new line of Spa come in which was better then what we first picked and i'm so Glad we waited!! the entire Staff is wonderful and took care of all our needs!
