Although the manufacturer had changed the part number for our pool heater, Troy contacted the manufacturer and tracked down the correct part. Jim was extremely patient and helped track down the part and installed it. Great service - highly recommend.

Had an Excellent experience with our pool installation guys! Jon and Nathan with B and T installations were very professional and worked non-stop to install our pool!
The staff has been very helpful over the years. They are there when Mother Nature throws curve balls. They were there when warm winters turned the blue water green. They were there when the water gobbled up chlorine like Pac-Man. Each time diagnosing the problem and a fix. Over the weekend they were there when my pump died walking me thru trying to fix it. Pools are easy when things go right but when they don’t they have been there. Highly recommend them!

Amber is amazing! As first time pool owners we feel very confident with all of her suggestions to make this not sooo scary ! The friendliness and helpfulness of all of the staff is what brings us back to there and not to where we originally bought our pool! They are a phone ca away and always willing to answer all the small questions!��

One of the trucks broke the windshield in my car I called them and told them they would take no responsibility at all. I ask him the name of their insurance company and they refused to give it to me. I read to hear were so many people like them. Wait till you have a problem with them see how they act then.....

We don’t have any record of anything regarding this, but if we were culprits of any legal wrongdoing, we would take care of you. However, it’s seems what you are claiming is considered an ‘act of god’ or a ‘no fault’ accident even if one of our trucks did happen to do this on accident.
