I searched for parts for my pool for months. Several places told me they could get them but never called me back. Kim called me back within minutes and had the order ready. It's great to know that they are here to help, even if they are 4 1/2 hours away from me. It's easy to see why they have such great reviews. Beautiful store and friendly, helpful staff.
Customer service is great, friendly and informative staff. Most of the chemicals I bought work well. I did buy the more expensive 3 inch chlorine tabs they recommended because I was told they would last longer. Next time I will try the less expensive because the more expensive ones only seem to last 6 hours before they are completely dissolved. I usually get between 1 and 2 days from previous brands I have purchased.
