Our hot tub was delivered this morning. Loving our experience so far with Valley Pools. Our sales person (Hope) was so helpful and spent so much time with us as we made our decision on which model to buy and color choices etc. The delivery crew today was phenomenal. Got everything set up for us and answered all of our questions. Can’t wait to get in it!! Thanks to everybody at Valley Pools and Spa Washington!! Awesome experience

Had an Excellent experience with our pool installation guys! Jon and Nathan with B and T installations were very professional and worked non-stop to install our pool!
One of the trucks broke the windshield in my car I called them and told them they would take no responsibility at all. I ask him the name of their insurance company and they refused to give it to me. I read to hear were so many people like them. Wait till you have a problem with them see how they act then.....

We don’t have any record of anything regarding this, but if we were culprits of any legal wrongdoing, we would take care of you. However, it’s seems what you are claiming is considered an ‘act of god’ or a ‘no fault’ accident even if one of our trucks did happen to do this on accident. I stopped in to get help with a severe green algae problem. I showed Jon pictures of my pool and he printed out a list of what I needed, quantities and step by step instructions that left me confident that I could fix this issue. The people here are friendly and helpful and I will be shopping here for my pool needs in the future! Thanks Jon!
