We bought a hot tub and have nothing but issues. They won’t warranty the service since we are out of the area. Had we known that, we would have purchased elsewhere. Very disappointed that we have a $7000 lemon sitting in our yard that we can’t enjoy.

Washington location has Outstanding Customer Service! I have been fighting cloudy water and high phosphates all Summer. Tyler recommended the No-Phos product and gave me simple instructions on how to use it. Within three days the water was crystal clear! Always helpful and friendly, thank you!
