Great friendly staff.. Great customer service. Very helpful and great selection of spa. I bought one from Susan Buchanan recently and it is perfect. I love it!!
The staff and manager here are the most kind, cheerful and helpful people I have delt with. I have been searching for weeks for adapters that convert my small pool filter to a sand filter. I have been to numerous plumbing stores and to Pool City twice. Spent lots of money but no one could help me find the right parts. Pool City didn't even care to help. I walk into Valley Pools and Spa and in 5 minutes they had figured out exactly what I needed. I will be doing my business here from now on. Thank you so much!
Wow..... Amazing !!!! We drove from Ohio and well worth the drive . They have a outstanding staff ( especially Susan ) she will guide u through every step ! I left the valley and never looked back when it Came to purchasing a pool !!!! Thumbs up all The way !!!!
Bought all of our chemicals for the summer today. I also was sold a product called jacks Magic the step stuff. Out liner is being replaced and the steps looked terrible brown and stains I tried scrubbing and even used bleach with no luck the jacks step stuff worked great now our steps look like new thanks for recommending it. I wanted to post a before and after photo but didn't see how.
