Do not take your kids here if your expecting any kind of urgent care. You will not get it. You really are better off going to a regular E.R . 5+ hours to just get a FIRST call back with any kind of nurse is awful. This place is only popular by name but gets out done in their e.r by any other hospital in town who are also dealing with flu patients. Where are all their donations and funraiser money going?? Cause their horrible e.r with trash left all over the floor is not it.
Worst staff ever! Take forever to see patients. Been here for 4 hours and still haven’t been seen by any doctor. Past few times hardly anything was being done. Gave my son some meds and sent him home but had to come back the next day cause he was in bad pain.

Been waiting for 3 hours already for someone to tell us that my child needs stitches in her check, which is obvious. She’s been in pain since we got here and they won’t do anything but put a gauze on it and tell us to wait even tho it’s still bleeding. Been like this every time we come up here when our kids a really sick.
Recommendedthey are very friendly and helpful and are not like theses other hospitals. Glade to know there is a emergency room for children at valley children's. I recommend all parents to come here instead of the other emergency rooms in the area .
RecommendedI just started taking my son here and they are so sweet! I had to bring my son in because he wasn't feeling good and they brought him an apple juice and a snack while he was waiting! It was so sweet! The Drs are so nice and knowledgeable as well!
