One of the endocrinology nurses (Stockdale Highway) "forgot" to give me back my daughter's blood sugar meter on the 2nd. I was already home 45 minutes away before they called to tell me. I asked if she could simply send it to my address and she said she would see what she could do. Never heard from her again. Called today to see why it hasn't been sent and she said because the office manager doesn't want to pay to ship it. My daughter has multiple, severe disabilities and won't wear a mask. Neurology dept, staff and Doctors are very nice
The doctors and nurses made sure my daughter was comfortable and entertained lol. They took very well care of her and always asked me if I had any questions. Very helpful and NICE!!
