I was so disgusted by the staffs behavior towards my daughter and myself. Here I had a scared baby and they were too busy making jabs and parent shaming me to help a scared child and parent. Honestly, I would rather go to a regular ER than experiencing that again.

RecommendedWe were there for a week due to severe jaundice in my preemie son, as well as kidney issues and thyroid issues, and I cannot say enough about how amazing the doctors and nurses in the discovery unit were with my baby, and on top of it how they went above and beyond for my husband and I as well. We were under tremendous stress and scared for our child and the doctors and nurses went above and beyond to make us feel okay and be reassured us that he was going to be okay. So FYI everyone you can't make payments on your account, you have to set up a payment plan because otherwise you can be making your monthly payment and they WILL JUST SLAP YOU WITH A COLLECTION NOTICE AND DEMAND THE WHOLE AMOUNT AT ONCE LIKE A HOLES!!!!
